This year has been an incredibly difficult time for us all at the Hop Sun Tap. The tragic passing of Graham, who was, and remains a huge part of what we do, has left a significant mark. His passion, dedication, and love for this taproom and our community will always guide us. We are absolutely committed to continuing this journey as his legacy, and we deeply hope that our wonderful patrons and friends will continue to support us.
As a small independent business, everything we do comes from a deep love for what we believe in. There are no mysterious backers or big investors keeping us afloat – it’s all down to our incredible community.
